FREE SHIPPING FOR THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA FOR CLASSIC SYSTEM ORDERS:
We offer free Standard Shipping to the United States for Classic system orders by USPS post office expedited parcel with an expected delivery time of 8-10 business days.
We offer free Standard Shipping in Canada for Classic system orders by Canada Post expedited parcel with an expected delivery time of 6-8 business days to major cities.

HALF PRICE SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
For international customers Dowelmax Classic orders are currently shipped by by tracked and insured Canada Post air parcel with an expected delivery of 2-3 weeks.
DHL courier is available for countries in western Europe for a slightly higher charge with an expected delivery of about 1 week.
The tracking number will be sent by email from Canada Post or DHL on the day of the shipment. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it as expected.
The actual cost of shipping for international orders of the Classic system ranges from $100-$150 and only about half of the amount is charged to provide some cost relief for international customers.
Drill guide packages and spare parts ordered separately will be sent Small Packet air at a lower cost.
For international orders we recommend reviewing the optional angle bracket for T-type joints and the optional miter accessory for end type miters to determine if they are required in case future shipping charges can be avoided.
Please note that local sales tax is not by our company, and may be collected by the post office in the destination country, which is the responsibility of the customer.
OUR UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE:
We guarantee that joints made with Dowelmax are stronger than mortise and tenon joints, and that the Dowelmax Classic and Junior systems are more accurate than any M&T or loose tenon system on the market.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of a Dowelmax Classic, Dowelmax Junior or RTL router lift, you can return it in unused condition within 60 days for a refund.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Dowelmax hardened steel drill guides carry a 5 year warranty against defects or wear.
All other Dowelmax joining system components with the exception of the drill bit carry a lifetime guarantee against defects or wear.
The above warranty does not cover misuse or damage by accidental dropping of the device.
The RTL lift system carries a 5 year warranty against defects or wear.
